Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in staffing, payroll outsourcing, and recruitment services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across industries (Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, IT, Logistics, etc.).
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop customized proposals and business presentations for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal HR operations and recruitment teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Staffing / HR Outsourcing / Recruitment Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently.
