Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in staffing, payroll outsourcing, and recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across industries (Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, IT, Logistics, etc.).
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Develop customized proposals and business presentations for potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal HR operations and recruitment teams for smooth service delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback for continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Staffing / HR Outsourcing / Recruitment Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently.
