Position Overview:
The Payroll & Compliance Executive will be responsible for accurate payroll processing, statutory filings, and compliance management for on-roll and contractual employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end monthly payroll processing for multiple clients using HRMS tools.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and salary structures.
- Handle all statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and Bonus.
- Prepare and submit monthly challans, returns, and reports to statutory authorities.
- Coordinate with clients and internal HR teams for payroll data and compliance documentation.
- Ensure timely issuance of salary slips, Form-16, and related reports.
- Support audits and ensure 100% legal and statutory adherence.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, HR, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Payroll & Compliance (preferably in staffing or manpower outsourcing industry).
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel, HRMS, and statutory portals (EPFO, ESIC, etc.).
- Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to timelines.
