Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple clients under the staffing division. The role includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions across industries.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media.
- Screen profiles, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates as per job specifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database and professional network.
- Achieve monthly hiring and delivery targets.
- Coordinate with the business development and client servicing teams for smooth project execution.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (preferably in staffing or consultancy).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on multiple client requirements under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and result-driven mindset.
