Position Overview:
As a Trainee – Legal Consultant (Staffing & HR Compliance), you’ll work closely with the legal and compliance teams to learn how to manage employment laws, client agreements, vendor contracts, and statutory documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing client agreements, service contracts, and MoUs.
- Support compliance team in maintaining records for PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and Contract Labour laws.
- Learn to handle labour law audits, inspections, and statutory filings.
- Research and summarize legal updates relevant to staffing and HR industry.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments for legal documentation.
- Support senior legal consultants in risk assessment and policy creation.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- LL.B. / LL.M. (Freshers or final year students may apply).
- Interest in labour laws, contract management, and compliance.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and documentation formatting.
- Eager to learn and grow in a corporate legal environment.
