Position Overview:
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, ensuring high service satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
This role requires excellent communication skills, relationship management ability, and a strong understanding of staffing & HR service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Act as a single point of contact for client queries, escalations, and updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance) for seamless service delivery.
- Monitor ongoing projects and ensure timely closure of staffing and recruitment requirements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling HR services to clients.
- Maintain client performance reports, feedback logs, and service satisfaction metrics.
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Client Servicing / Key Account Management (preferably in Staffing or HR Solutions industry).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of Staffing Operations, Payroll, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and report management tools.
