Position Overview:

The Payroll & Compliance Executive will be responsible for accurate payroll processing, statutory filings, and compliance management for on-roll and contractual employees.


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end monthly payroll processing for multiple clients using HRMS tools.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and salary structures.
  • Handle all statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and Bonus.
  • Prepare and submit monthly challans, returns, and reports to statutory authorities.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal HR teams for payroll data and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure timely issuance of salary slips, Form-16, and related reports.
  • Support audits and ensure 100% legal and statutory adherence.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, HR, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Payroll & Compliance (preferably in staffing or manpower outsourcing industry).
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel, HRMS, and statutory portals (EPFO, ESIC, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory regulations.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to timelines.
