Position Overview:

As a Trainee BDM, you will learn how to identify potential clients, pitch HR outsourcing and staffing services, and support senior BDMs in driving new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Development team in identifying and researching potential clients across industries.
  • Learn to pitch staffing, recruitment, and payroll services to corporate clients.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
  • Follow up with leads through email, calls, and online meetings.
  • Maintain client databases and update CRM tools.
  • Learn about IT & Non-IT manpower outsourcing processes.
  • Coordinate with the HR recruitment team for client requirement fulfillment.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, HR, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn sales, client handling, and HR service models.
  • Basic understanding of staffing, recruitment, or HR outsourcing (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
